NC sez: Some of my Jewish friends who are died hard Obamunist fans support him , as one reason, because Obama made a statement at the AIPAC that he will stand firm for an UNDIVIDED Jerusalem. Well, not so fast! Obama is now back peddling on this one because he is an anti-culturalist, and all the A-RABS had to do was start screeching and the true leadership of the Obamunator came out with the John Kerry walk. I think it’s time to give Obama the Dhimmi Award for his stellar leadership skills under pressure, folding like a lawn chair!

(IsraelNN.com) Barack Obama, the Democratic party’s nominee for U.S. President, retracted the statement he made at the AIPAC Convention in June, about the need for Jerusalem to remain Israel’s undivided capital. Obama had already qualified the statement the day after he made it, but in a new CNN interview he effectively retracted it, blaming “poor phrasing” and careless syntax.
NC Sez: Blaming his speech writer for this one–check two for stellar leadership qualities
Interviewer Fareed Zakaria asked: “One area where you’re outside the international consensus — and certainly, perhaps, some others — is the statement you made in a recent speech supporting Jerusalem as the undivided capital of Israel. Now, why not support the Clinton plan, which envisions a divided Jerusalem, the Arab half being the capital of a Palestinian state, the Jewish half being the capital of the Jewish state?”
It is an example of us making sure that we are careful in terms of our syntax.
Obama replied: “You know, the truth is that this was an example where we had some poor phrasing in the speech. And we immediately tried to correct the interpretation that was given.
“The point we were simply making was, is that we don’t want barbed wire running through Jerusalem, similar to the way it was prior to the ’67 war, that it is possible for us to create a Jerusalem that is cohesive and coherent.
NC Sez: To have a cohesive Israel kick the knuckleheads out who are claiming they are these people from an ancient society and send them back to Jordan where they came from!
Sin of syntax
“I was not trying to predetermine what are essentially final status issues. I think the Clinton formulation provides a starting point for discussions between the parties.
“And it is an example of us making sure that we are careful in terms of our syntax. But the intention was never to move away from that basic, core idea that they — that those parties are going to have to negotiate these issues on their own, with the strong engagement of the United States.
“And if you look at the overall tenor of that speech and what I’ve said historically about this issue, you know, Israel has an interest not just in bunkering down. They’ve got to recognize that their long-term viability as a Jewish state is going to depend on their ability to create peace with their neighbors.”
NC sez: Obama, you’re arrogance is showing through right now: Israel is quite aware of what it needs to do to obtain peace for ITS country!
In the same speech to AIPAC, Obama said that he would never compromise on Israel’s security and promised: “I will do everything in my power – everything – to ensure that Iran does not achieve a nuclear weapon.”
NC Sez: Well, this folding like a lawn chair behavior you display is quite alarming but does show us you are no leader when you can’t stand up to any pressure from special interests! I can see that whole “New Change We Can Believe In” now Obama! You’re constantly changing dude! Same ole crap as usual!
Cartoon controversy
Besides dealing with the left-wing’s criticism of Obama’s “united Jerusalem” statement, the Obama campaign was riled this week by the cartoon on the cover of the latest New Yorker magazine. The cartoon depicts Obama in Muslim garb and headdress, giving a fist-bumping handshake to his wife Michelle who is dressed in camouflage clothes with an AK-47 and ammo-belt slung over her shoulder. They are shown standing in the presidential Oval Office beneath a portrait of Osama bin Laden while the American flag burns in the fireplace.
NC sez: Oh stop whining, Michelle and Nobama! The New Yorker, even as liberal as they are, are right! The pair of you are Hate and Blame America Firsters! Why hide how you really think?
The magazine issued a press release saying that the cartoon “satirizes the use of scare tactics and misinformation in the presidential election to derail Barack Obama’s campaign.” However, Obama’s campaign said that while the intention may have been satirical, “most readers will see it as tasteless and offensive. And we agree.”
NC states: I can not understand how Obama thinks for one second he can negotiate with terrorists! This one fact alone proves he has poor judgment on world affairs!

Iranian human rights activists in exile find a policy of “unconditional dialogue” hard to fathom.

After the recent days of highly charged commentary about “appeasement,” we thought that as Iranian-Americans, we would convey to you the feelings of most people in Iran and the Iranian diaspora at large. It is important that a decision to dialogue with the Islamic Republic of Iran not be made in haste, for the purpose of winning the election. Instead, you now have a unique opportunity to make good on your message of change.
On September 24, 2004, while a Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate from Illinois, you suggested that “surgical missile strikes” on Iran may become necessary. “Launching some missile strikes into Iran is not the optimal position for us to be in” given the ongoing war in Iraq, you told the Chicago Tribune. You continued: “On the other hand, having a radical Muslim theocracy in possession of nuclear weapons is worse”.
NC Asks: Are the dhimmis at work here to honor islam instead of our fellow countrymen? It sure looks like it! Appeasement will get you no where! It’s simply outrageous that we would smudge their memories with the cult symbol of a freakin’ moon god! For the timeline on what’s been happening with this memorial click here

Check out the Fox News front page today, where “Crescent Outrage” alternates top billing with “Six-Legged Soldiers!” Finally, more than a handful of Americans will at least know that there is a controversy over the Flight 93 memorial.
They won’t get much more than that from Fox’s text report, which is pretty bare. There is no mention of the Mecca orientation of the giant crescent, no mention of the 44 inscribed translucent blocks on the flight path, no mention of the Islamic sundial, and no fact checking (the modern media disease). Still, this is big.
The text report DOES show the side-by-side comparison of the Crescent of Embrace and the Islamic crescent and star insignia. It also reports Tom Burnett’s condemnation of the crescent design as an insult to his murdered son, and it mentions our petition.

This is powerful stuff. Not only do they show the clear likeness between the original design and an Islamic crescent and star flag, but the image they show of the redesign shows pretty clearly how the giant crescent remains intact in the redesign:
From the crescent and star likeness, they cut to Tom Burnett, asking what people would think if a memorial were laid out in the shape of a swastika. If viewers hadn’t just seen the crescent and star likeness, that statement could be made to sound crazy, but Fox does right by Tom, giving viewers the information they need to see the reasonableness of the comparison. Many thanks to Fox for getting this right.
Fox has a lot more information at their disposal. They had a television crew at the Somerset County Courthouse yesterday where Colonel Harry Beam laid out a precise and devastating exposé of Islamic and terrorist memorializing design features, and they were sent extensive fact checking materials. None of this gets into their present reporting. If they put that material into an investigative feature, they can knock the crescent memorial out for good.
